L’evento clou di Halloween Celebration sarà il Carnival di Halloween, il primo e più grande festival di Halloween in Italia, che quest’anno raggiunge la sua trentesima edizione. Si tratta di un evento unico e spettacolare, immerso nella magia delle splendide tenute e del parco di Villa Reale di Marlia. Un grande spettacolo notturno all’interno di 16 ettari di parco, con la partecipazione di più di 450 artisti tra attori, saltimbanchi, acrobati, animatori e band musicali.
Il programma completo dell’evento, che inizia alle 16 del pomeriggio del 31 ottobre e prosegue fino a notte fonda, è stato presentato a Villa Reale di Marlia.
Cortei, spettacoli itineranti, street food e mercanti, musica dal vivo e disco party in 6 location coperte per una festa “a prova di pioggia”, con il gran finale del solenne rito della Dance Macabre: storia e mistero nelle antiche dimore e tra le ombre del parco, con rievocazioni, animazioni, street art, mercato bizzarro, percorsi interattivi, cibo tipico, birreria e bar notturno, e il tradizionale finale con Lucida Mansi, il fantasma indissolubilmente legato alla città di Lucca, e i fuochi d’artificio che illuminano magicamente il lago di Villa Reale e l’intera pianura di Lucca.
“Siamo molto lieti di aver rinnovato la nostra collaborazione con questo suggestivo evento legato alla festa di Halloween”, afferma Ilaria Carmassi, assessora al turismo del Comune di Capannori. “Questo evento, che nelle passate edizioni ha sempre registrato una grande partecipazione di pubblico, rappresenta una originale opportunità di svago e divertimento con tanti spettacoli e la presenza di molti artisti che quest’anno sono cresciuti ulteriormente offrendo ancora più occasioni di intrattenimento. Allo stesso tempo, l’Halloween Celebration Carnival contribuisce alla promozione del nostro bellissimo territorio, e in particolare di Villa Reale, essendo inserito nel programma di una manifestazione ormai storica come l’Halloween Celebration, che interessa anche altre zone della provincia e che ogni anno attrae un numero davvero notevole di partecipanti”.
Among the many artists who will perform there are the Krampus De Fiemme, who will bring their folkloric traditions to Lucca, creating a mythological atmosphere, with primal dances and tribal rituals, the group SimplySteampunk who – new in 2025 – will create an imaginary universe, accessible through a time portal, in which modern technology will be replaced by steam, gears and fantastic mechanisms immersed in a nineteenth-century atmosphere with a Victorian flavor, the Ecto-1 Italy ghostbusters (another news this year) who will animate the Grotto of Pan in search of ghosts and spirits, and then again fire-eaters, street artists and stilt walkers with the Company of the Black Dragon, Lunatik Cirque, The Chemistry of Fire, Animas in Aee, Maleficis Conati and The Court of Miracles.
Special guests for 2025 will include H.E.R., an international violinist who, from the large terrace of Villa Reale at 10.30 pm, will present Butterflyes Effect Puccini a show with music contaminated between the traditional arias of the great maestro from Lucca and famous songs from fantastic cinema. And then directly from Spain Vurro, an eclectic and mysterious multi-instrumentalist who at 10 pm, with his great cow’s skull, will perform in the big tent of the Tropical Circus. At the end, in the same location, it will be the turn of the Trick or Treat, an energetic hard rock band definitely themed Halloween. On the stage of the Niuman Circus tent, in the south lawn area, after the opening of the Manolo Strimpelli Nait Orchestra, we will witness the great show of the Reggae Circus by Adriano Bono, a ska band with gypsy tones and circus artists on stage to draw a real oniric show.
In the marquee of the Circo Krom the Ants in the Garden will alternate with their irreverent pop-ska and the Bald Ubaldi with a great driven finale between folk and vaudeville. In the north lemon house area from 9.30 pm, the cartoon band of the Zodiac Squires and to finish the historic hard rock of Delirium & the Phantoms. Among the various areas of the Carnival, concerts also in Area 10 Lemon Garden with Joe Natta and the Lucca Legends and in Area 11 Lake with The Joker My Name is Carnival.
There will be many disco zones starting from Area 3 south lemon house where the Dj 500Miles and Charlie will alternate with the queen of Ibiza Rita Gherz. In Area 6 in front of the villa at exactly midnight the start of the Bad Tolz Buzz show while in Area 7 stables, the traditional Dance Macabre, will be conducted in the console by the legendary Dome La Muerte.
The 3 circuses (Circo Krom, Circo Niuman and Circo Tropical) will present their shows of acrobatics and juggling divided into 15-minute steps repeated every hour. A fourth tent will be dedicated to the little ones in Area 2 Central Lawn with the shows of Ridolina and Circusbandando. Always in the same area the Laboratory of magical drawings of Silvia Talassi accompanied by the Fantastic Stories of the Italian Museum of Folklore Imagery. And then face painting, animations, the Great Puppet Theater until the arrival of Jack the Pumpkin King who will accompany children of all ages to his kingdom. A vibrant parade will wind its way to the Lake of the Villa, crossing the magic of the Pumpkin Road.
In addition to the circus tents, the big hot air balloon Montgolfiere Des Mirages will be present, on which from around 9 pm it will be possible to go up to admire at night the great plain of Lucca in all its splendor thanks to the tethered flights made by the hot air balloon pilots of the AeroClub Lucca, promoter every year of the Festival of the Air, organized in September in collaboration with the Municipality of Capannori.

In the various show points, numerous dance groups, street bands and theater companies will alternate with dark shows and themed performances, as well as some solo artists and exceptional performers. Dead Frog Street Band, the Moruga, the Fantastic Circus, the Zampanò Band with the Tambooring, the Tribal Soul, the Giulliet Dance Project, the Court of Miracles of Be Crew, Zarro Radical Smash Show, Angels & Demons of Dyc Top Dance Academy, Moris Nigra Terrinca and the elegant noble parade of the Lucca Dance Society.
Important appointment with the cosplay world with Hc Cosplayers 2025 in collaboration with Lucca Comics & Games. The two special contests that were very successful last year return: The great ball of Wednesday, linked to the figure of Wednesday Addams with the best adult and child Wednesday who will be awarded by the sponsor Cagliostrino (the adult winner will also become the image and godmother of the 2026 edition) and the Black Parade, a second contest on a horror/dark/fantasy theme that will put the best horror costumes of the Carnival 2025 into play, with three exceptional speakers, DJ-V, Letizia Cosplay and Massimiliano Poggi. A bond with Lucca Comics & Games that becomes even stronger thanks to the Halloween Celebration station at the Cosplay Pavilion where, at 12.30 pm on October 31, a Great dance-performance show will be held to select a Wednesday and a Black Monster who will have free access to the Hc Cosplayers stage of Villa Reale’s Carnival.
High quality also for food & drink with the participation of selected food trucks and gastronomic stands that will offer a very varied and intriguing proposal: from classic Tuscan sandwiches to more gourmet and even gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian proposals, from Mexican cuisine to Indian and Vietnamese cuisine, and numerous local and non-local craft breweries, also offering gluten-free beer, up to cocktail bar and spritz point.
And then the inevitable bizarre market Fiera di Lombroso, another historic brand of Halloween Celebration, the traditional themed market with dark, fantasy, horror and mystery themed stands, street art and the brand new Via dei Consulti with more than 25 experts in divinatory arts who will perform palm reading, foot reading, tarot, runes, bones, akashic records, reiki, sybils, pendulum, evil eye investigation and much more.
“We have reached the 31st edition of Halloween Celebration – says the artistic director Stefano Nannizzi – It has been years of hard work: Halloween Celebration has become a container of events that touches the whole territory of Lucca, from June to December. We really put a lot of energy into producing quality events from time to time that can stay in the hearts of the public. We also invested a lot on the night of the Carnival, opening important collaborations with national and international realities that will allow us to grow further in the coming years. It’s a pleasure to have been able to increase the artists inside the Carnival of October 31 again compared to the previous year. From the 150/200 of the first two years we have risen to almost 500 of this thirty-first edition. It will be a truly magical evening, a further step forward towards the large billboard of the 32nd edition of 2026 which will see the creation of three new formats. Loga Studio is a well-coordinated team, a group of very professional and creative collaborators”.
The central moment of the event will be dedicated to the celebration of the Thirty-First Anniversary. Together with the organizers and representatives of the Tuscany Region, the Province of Lucca and the sponsoring municipalities, many collaborators and friends who have contributed with ideas and professionalism to the growth of Halloween Celebration over these thirty years will be present. A special thanks also goes to all the LogaStudio staff and to the Anonima Teatranti theater company, all people moved by a great passion who work constantly on the Halloween Celebration format and on all the events we propose during the year.
At 11.15 pm Lucida Mansi and Satan will appear in front of the Clock Tower in the traditional event Lucid Night, performing the gloomy ritual of return that takes place every October 31. The long procession, Trapasso dei Dannati will then start and reach the southern part in front of the Lake of the Villa, where Lucida will sink to return to the realm of hell. At the stroke of midnight the long-awaited pyrotechnic spectacle L’Ira di Lucifero will begin. The majestic fireworks, by Diego Bertoli Barsotti of the company Diego Fuochi d’Artificio, will illuminate the entire plain of Lucca up to a height of 300 meters and will mark the midnight of Halloween Celebration Carnival Thirty-First Anniversary 2025, starting the last part of the event which will continue until 2 am .
